Summer honey comes from a mix of spring and summer flowers, including tree flowers, clover, and many varieties of wildflowers. The color is a beautiful amber and the flavor is sweet and mild.
Fall honey comes from a variety of wildflower sources, including some late summer blooms. This fall’s honey looks much darker than our usual fall honey because of the overgrowth of Japanese knotweed in our region, giving it a stronger floral taste.
